Data were collected and analyzed using secondary data including government official data, a nearby business survey. Based on the findings, it was concluded that the location of the business and the number of potential customers have a high chance of success rate of building a hotel. The results suggested that the hotel should be located near Save One Market where it is an affluent area with a high population and tourists with over 20,000 visitors visit every night. The recommendation recommended that the hotel should be a small, business-class hotel focused on providing rooms with a clean and modern character at a cheap price of 780 Baht; moreover, the hotel rooms feature modern furniture, high-end technology, and modern accessories primarily to serve Thai travelers who seek comfort, necessary amenities, and simplicity of services.
