The research data were collected online from 35 bilingual sample group and 424 sample group aged between 18-40 and living in Thailand. The validity was analyzed by content validity from the experts, criterion-related validity with The Pictorial Thai Self-Esteem Scale (PTSS), The International Personality Item Pool-NEO (IPIP-NEO) (only extroversion), and Social Interaction Anxiety Scale (SIAS), and construct validity. The results found that the Item Objective Congruence ranged 0.67- 1.00. Fear of Missing Out scale (FoMOs): Thai version had a significant correlation at the 0.01 level with SIAS. After analyzing by exploratory factor analysis, there was one component with 67.84 percent of the variance. Likewise, the parallel-form reliability by comparing between original and Thai version had a positive significant correlation value of 0.96. The internal consistency reliability by Cronbach's Alpha was 0.94.
