The works selected in this recital were picked to show the capability of the performer and all the possibility for trombone as a solo instrument. The recital was performed in the Music Auditorium at the College of Music, Mahidol University on May, 1 2019. The program consisted of 5 pieces: 1. Sonata for trombone and piano by Eric Ewazen, 2. Ballade for trombone and piano by Eugene Bozza, 3. Sonatina for trombone and piano by Kazimierz Serocki, 4. Concertino for trombone and piano by Lars-Erik Larsson and 5. East wind for trumpet, trombone and piano by Jean-François Michel. The total approximate time was 57 minutes without intermission. In conclusion this thematic paper helps understand the structure and musical emotions of the selected pieces better.
