The musical examples from Stravinsky's selected works which included Le Sacre du printemps, Violin Concerto in D, The Octet for wind instruments, Les Noces, Concerto in E flat, Requiem Canticles and the author's Concerto for Violin and Chamber Orchestra were analyzed and compared. This thematic paper pointed out the influences from Stravinsky's musical contents and composition techniques in terms of the formal structure, tonal relationship, melodic element, rhythmic displacement, and phrase interruption.
