By analysing globally accepted statistics and scholarly articles, we present a comprehensive overview of the impact of digital adoption of mobile application on both blue-collar and white-collar workers. The findings emphasize the transformative power of digital technologies and highlight the potential benefits and challenges associated with their implementation of digital application and mobile application in each sector.
