Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies2015-09-052020-01-072015-09-052020-01-072015-09-052006-01วารสารการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม. ปีที่ 5, ฉบับที่ 1 (2552), 61-72.1906-5485https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/48705BS 7750 และ EMAS เป็นระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีชื่อเสียงไปทั่วโลกเช่นเดียวกับ ISO14001 โดยมี ระบบการจัดการที่แตกต่างจากISO14001 ที่รู้จักกันทั่วไปอยู่บ้าง BS7750 ถูกก่อตั้งขึ้นมาก่อน ISO14001 และเป็น แหล่งอ้างอิงหนึ่งในการจัดทำ ISO14001 มาตรฐาน BS7750 และ EMAS เป็นข้อกำหนดของการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ มุ่งเน้นให้องค์กรสามารถจัดทำระบบการจัดการอย่างมีอิสระ ซึ่งจะมีแนวทางและแบบแผนข้อเสนอแนะในการ สนับสนุนองค์กรให้มีการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง มาตรฐานการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมทั้ง 3 ระบบมีการพัฒนาและอยู่บน พื้นฐานเดียวกันในการปรับปรุงสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างต่อเนื่อง บางเอกสารกล่าวว่ามาตรฐาน EMAS เป็นมาตรฐานที่มีความ เข้มข้นมากกว่า ISO 14001 ซึ่งจะต้องมีการเผยแพร่รายงานการปรับปรุงด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมให้แก่สาธารณชนทราบ และ EMAS เป็นมาตรฐานที่มีความเหมาะสมโดยเฉพาะกับภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพราะฉะนั้นระบบ BS 7750 และ EMAS จึงมี ความสำคัญไม่น้อยกว่า ISO14001BS 7750 and EMAS are significant environmental management systems which have been used worldwide as same as ISO 14001. BS 7750 was established before ISO 14001. It is the source of reference for ISO 14001 establishment. BS7750 and EMAS require an organization to establish EMS independently (with guideline and suggestion patterns for continual improvement). So, BS 7750 and EMAS are as significant as ISO 14001 in environmental management system which needs continual improvement. Some documents indicate that EMAS requirements are stricter than those of the ISO 14001 because the organization must demonstrate to the public that their environmental performance is suitable for industrial sector.
