The study aimed to develop a comprehensive system for accessing crucial performance data, design a user-friendly performance display system, and implement a tool to assist users in planning their work effectively. Data from 242 branches and 1400 employees were collected, cleaned, transformed, and visualized using SQL and HTML. A satisfaction survey among 716 employees revealed a high level of satisfaction, with an average score of 4.40 out of 5, indicating that the dashboard significantly enhanced data accessibility and usability.
