Its histopathological feature is identical to the intraosseous type. This case report details a case of peripheral ameloblastic carcinoma at the right posterior maxilla region in a 60-year-old Thai male. The patient underwent a definitive treatment by partial maxillectomy and reconstruction with buccal fat pad.
