The product was built with the unique feature of one-size-fit-all where the standard size of container can fit with all sizes of bracelets and watches. The target customers are divided into two groups which are business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customers (B2C). By focusing on situation analysis, Bracetainer has a major strength in the product. While, the weakness is high R&D cost since we have to invest a lot to understand customer's pain point. Since the product is new and innovative, we gain a good opportunity of first-mover advantage. However, we have to admit that competitor is our major threat.
