ชลลดา มีทรัพย์วัลลีรัตน์ พบคีรีนิทัศน์ ศิริโชติรัตน์ปรารถนา สถิตวิภาวี2024-06-192024-06-192567-06-192565https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/98869การประชุมวิชาการประจำปีศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก ครั้งที่ 10 ประจำปี 2565 หัวข้อ “ก้าวผ่านวิกฤตโควิดกับระบบสุขภาพวิถีใหม่” (Achieving the Closest to Pre-COVID19 with New Normal Practice) (ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ZOOM Meeting). 30 มีนาคม 2565- 1 เมษายน 2565. หน้า 96-118ความร่วมมือในงานควบคุมคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ และสาธารณสุขของบุคลากรสถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์ สาธารณสุข (สวส) กรมวิทยาศาสตร์ การแพทย์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข และหาความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ เจตคติ และการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการธำรงรักษาระบบคุณภาพของสถาบันฯ โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรสถาบันฯทั้งหมด จำนวน 322 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม อัตราการตอบกลับแบบสอบถาม ร้อยละ 85.6 การวิเคราะห์ ข้ อมูลใช้ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ หาความสัมพันธ์ โดยใช้สถิติไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าบุคลากรสวส. เกินครึ่งหนึ่ง มีพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมธำรงรักษาระบบคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 65.4) บุคลากรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการธำรงรักษาระบบคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 49.2) และเจตคติที่มีต่ อการธำรงรักษาระบบคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 53.8) และพบว่า คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา การดำรงตำแหน่ง ระดับวิชาชีพ การเข้าฝึ กอบรมระบบคุณภาพ มีความสัมพันธ์ กับพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรสถาบัน อย างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < 0.05) ความรู เกี่ยวกับการธำรงรักษาระบบคุณภาพด้านการทบทวนระบบคุณภาพ และด้านการตรวจประเมินแบบเฝ้าระวัง มีความสัมพันธ์ กับพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรสถาบันฯอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < 0.01) เจตคติต่อการธำรงรักษาระบบคุณภาพ(ทั้งรายด้านและโดยรวม) มีความสัมพันธ์ กับพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรสถาบันฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < 0.01) จากผลการวิจัย ควรส่งเสริมการฝึกอบรมบุคลากรสถาบัน เพื่อให้เกิดความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการธำรงรักษาระบบคุณภาพให้ อยู่ในระดับสูง โดยเฉพาะการจัดทำหลักสูตรที่เน้นการตรวจติดตามคุณภาพภายใน การตรวจประเมินแบบเฝ้าระวังให้ กับบุคลากร ผู้ บริหารควรให้ความสำคัญการบริหารจัดการด้านบุคลากร และงบประมาณ ซึ่งจะเป็นการพัฒนาให้กับบุคลากรและองค์กร นำไปสู่การธำรงรักษาระบบคุณภาพให้มีมาตรฐานอย่างยั่งยืนThis study is a cross-sectional survey research. The objectives of this study were to study factors affecting participation in the medical and public health laboratory quality management systems of the National Institute of Health (NIH)'s staff, Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health, including finding the relationship between personal characteristics, knowledge, attitudes, and personnel participation in maintaining the NIH's quality system. The research participants consisted of 322 NIH staff. Data was collected using questionnaires, and the response rate was 85.6%. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. Chi-square was used to find relationships. The findings revealed that approximately half of the NIH’s staff had participation behavior, sustaining the overall quality system at a high level (65.4%). The knowledge about sustaining the overall quality system at 49.2% was at a moderate level. Attitude towards sustaining the overall quality system at 53.8% was at a high level. Individual characteristics, education level, professional positions, and training in quality systems were statistically related to participation behavior in order to sustain the quality system (p-value<.05).There were statistically significant correlations between knowledge on sustaining a quality system, including the quality system review and the surveillance evaluation, and staff participation behavior in sustaining the quality system (p-value<.01) was a correlation between the NIH’s staff participation behavior and sustaining a quality system (both aspects and overall) and statistical significance (p-value <.01). From the research findings, the organization should promote the training of NIH‘s staff to gain knowledge and understanding about sustaining a high-quality system, especially through the preparation of courses that focus on internal quality audits and assessment of surveillance.
