Drug resistances were high in both the initial and retreatment group. The outcome of treatment is significantly better in the pulmonary clinic than in others clinics. The worst result of treatment was from the retreatment group. Patients from the provinces had lower percentage of completion of therapy as compared to patients from the Bangkok area.
