The data of 450 undergraduate students of Chulalongkorn University were collected using self-rating questionnaire. The results revealed that attachment styles were statistically significantly correlated to empathy. Secure attachment was positively related to both affective and cognitive empathy, preoccupied attachment positively related to affective empathy, dismissing attachment negatively related to affective empathy, and fearful attachment negatively related to cognitive empathy.
