This condition degrades the value and imposingness of the historic buildings in this area. This research study aimed to evaluate the potential resources and environmental management in terms of historic buildings, to study the ideas and participation of the stakeholders in historical area and to propose the guidelines of environmental management in order to retain the historic area value. Instruments used for collecting data were three methods which are questionnaire (samplings consist of 596 questionnaires), in-depth interview (seven interviewees) and focus group (six in group). Basic statistic such as range, mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicated that the local people and the community leaders realized the importance of the historical area and historic buildings.
