Pathologic classification of the tumor ranges from lympho-proliferative disorders to malignant neoplasms. The neuro-imaging diagnosis of CNS lymphoma is crucial and challenging because a variety of imaging appearances of CNS lymphomas may mimic several other disorders such as other tumors, infections, demyelinating diseases, and ischemic strokes.
