We aimed to study the effect of using google calendar program in the scheduling of orthopedic curriculum in terms of postponing and satisfactions of students and teaching staffs. A retrospective cohort was conducted between the academic year 2015 and 2019. Medical teachers and the 5th-year students experienced users of google calendar were included. Time of calendar use, time and date of teaching, postpone rate, and satisfactions were collected. From 110 participants, 72.7% were aged 20-30 years, and 59.1% were male. Medical students contributed 74.6%, and medical teachers were 25.4%. Postpone rate after calendar use (14.2%) was lower than that before calendar use (16.0%). While satisfaction of medical students after calendar use (95.9%) significantly higher than prior usage (88.4%) with p-value = 0.001. Fifty-nine percent of participants satisfied google calendar for scheduling (good to excellent level). Using the google calendar program for scheduling management in Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Medicine I (RAID 514) can reduce postpone rate.
