Document management technology, which is more effective and can reduce the management's time, was applied to manage the thematic paper/ thesis examination documents. This study aimed to design and develop the document management system for the thematic paper/ thesis examination documents of the Technology of Information System Management department. The system has been developed as a Web-Base Application using Microsoft Sharepoint 2010TM for the document management's flow, document submission and document approval. This developing system can reduce repetitive work of the department's staff and prevent the document's loss. The students and faculties will have more convenience using this new system for thematic paper/ thesis examination and tracking the document's status.
