Facebook usage for sexual purpose is very common among this community. This study was undertaken among young people of 18-24 years who participate in users' generated sexual groups of Facebook from the Universities in Mandalay. The methodology that was used for the study includes indepth interview with 15 young males, focus group discussions with 15young males and online observation at 3 difference users' generated sexual groups at Facebook. Data were analyzed by using thematic analysis. The study revealed that Facebook is the first common point to learn about sex and sexuality among young male communities. Facebook influences on young males' sexual health in positive ways and negative ways. The study recommended that there is need sexual health education curriculum and accessible sexual and reproductive health services among young communities in Myanmar.
