Therefore, it causes ineffectively in managing the conference. The researcher developed the conference system from the Open Conference System (OCS) by improving the web design in user friendliness and attraction. Furthermore, this system includes new features which are paper tracking, reviewer status tracking, conference statistics, and paper scoring. After development, the proposed system was evaluated by experts from the Information Technology Management Division, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University. The evaluation result was that it has good criteria, especially for usability.
