อารี อยู่ภู่วรพจน์ สำราญทรัพย ์สิริวรรณ ดิษทรัพย์Aree YupuWorapoj SamransapSiriwan Ditsupมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. สถาบันแห่งชาติเพื่อการพัฒนาเด็กและครอบครัว2020-06-072020-06-072563-06-072561วารสารการพัฒนางานประจำสู่งานวิจัย. ปีที่ 5, (ส.ค. 2561), 46-53https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/56390วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ การนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้กับการรายงานและติดตามผลการดำเนินงานโครงการ (PA) ให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเข้าถึงและทำงานร่วมกันได้พร้อมกันบนคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้ง [5] เพื่อลดเวลาและขั้นตอนการทำงาน สะดวกในการเข้าถึงสามารถติดตามความคืบหน้าและตรวจสอบประวัติการกรอก ข้อมูลได้โดยใช้กูเกิ้ลแอปผ่านแอกเคาน์ของมหาวิทยาลัย (Mahidol.edu) วิธีการพัฒนาระบบใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ (SDLC) มีขั้นตอนในการดำเนินการ ดังนี้คือ 1.ศึกษาระบบงานเดิม 2.วิเคราะห์ ระบบงานเดิม 3.ออกแบบระบบงานใหม่ 4.ทดสอบการใช้งาน 5.ปรับปรุงและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นช่วยให้การรายงานผลการดำเนินโครงการมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ผู้ที่กรอกข้อมูล รายงานผลการดำเนินงาน หัวหน้าโครงการมีความพึงพอใจในประสิทธิภาพของระบบในระดับ “ดี” (X ̅ =4.18 , SD = 0.60)The purpose of this research is to: Apply Information technology for use in reporting and monitoring of project performance (PA). Allow workers to communicate and work together at the same time using Cloud Computing. Reduce the time and increase the convenience in accessing and tracking work progress, checking the project history, and entering new project data using Google Apps through the University website (Mahidol.edu). The development of the system is based on the principles of the development of the information system (SDLC). The steps are as follows. 1. Study the original system. 2. Conduct an analysis of the original system. 3. Design a new system. 4. Improve and evaluate the efficiency of the system.
