กีรติกานต์ ป้ายงูเหลือมศรีเวียงแก้ว เต็งเกียรติ์ตระกูลKieratikan PayngulumeSriwiengkaew Tengkiattrakulมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี. ภาควิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์2020-02-202020-02-202563-02-202552รามาธิบดีพยาบาลสาร. ปีที่ 15, ฉบับที่ 3 (ก.ย.-ธ.ค. 2552), 417-4300858-9739 (Print)2672-9784 (Online)https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/52548การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองเพื่อศึกษาผลของการประยุกต์ใช้สื่อประสม ต่อความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจในการเรียนรู้การเรียนการสอนในห้องผ่าตัด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลรามาธิบดีชั้นปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2549 จำนวน 60 คน แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 30 คน โดยกลุ่มที่ 1 คือ กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการสอนแบบปกติ และกลุ่มที่ 2 คือ กลุ่ม ทดลองได้รับการสอนแบบประยุกต์ใช้สื่อประสมในการเรียนรู้แบบเอกซ์พาร์ส (ExPARS: Exploring needs, Planning, Activity, Reflecting, and Synthesizing) โดยใช้ระยะเวลาในการศึกษาตั้งแต่ มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2549 ถึงกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2550 เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความคาดหวัง และความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนการสอนในห้องผ่าตัด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และ เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่าง 2 กลุ่มโดยใช้สถิติแบบ Independent t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความคาดหวังในการจัดการเรียนการสอนในห้องผ่าตัดทั้งรายด้านและโดยรวมระหว่างกลุ่ม ทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่คะแนนเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจ ในการเรียนการสอนของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม ทั้งรายด้านและโดยรวมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ จากผลการวิจัย มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า อาจารย์พยาบาลห้องผ่าตัดควรให้ความสำคัญกับการ กำหนดกลยุทธ์ที่สามารถพัฒนาวิธีการเรียนรู้ ส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในการสนับสนุน การเรียนรู้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และอาจช่วยแก้ปัญหาการขาดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในห้อง ผ่าตัด ในขณะที่นักศึกษามีจำนวนเพิ่มมากขึ้นแต่แหล่งฝึกมีจำกัดThis quasi-experimental study aimed to compare the expectation and satisfaction of students toward using multimedia for learning in the operating room. A total of 60 third-year nursing students in academic year 2005 were recruited in the study. They were assigned into two groups: the control group receiving conventional lecture and demonstration for learning, while the experimental group receiving multimedia tools for learning using the ExPARS model (Exploring needs, Planning, Activity, Reflecting, and Synthesizing). Data were collected from May 2005 to February 2006 using the Expectation and Satisfaction toward Learning Model in Operating Room Questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and independent t-test statistics. Results revealed that expectation with learning for both overall and subscale scores between the experimental group and the control group was not significantly different. However, satisfaction with learning for both overall and subscale scores in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The suggestion from this study is that nurse instructors in the operating room should pay more attention to establish strategies to improve nursing students’ learning by using educational technology to support effective learning.
