The purpose of this study was to analyze, design, and develop an application program prototype for their personnel information system. The system development method consisted of the following steps: interview users, analyze operational data, create relational database using Microsoft SQL Server 7.0, and code program with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 . The result of this study was that the information system can easily eliminate the complexity and the program can serve as a foundation for developing further necessary Information Technology applications for the personnel section. The personnel information system was tested and evaluated. The result shows that users were satisfied with the efficiency.
