The researcher interrogated 26 music teachers of the Bangkok Music School Project for academic year 2012. The information was gathered 3 times using Delphi techniques. The results of the research are as follows: 1) Rooms: The teachers reached the consensus that there were more rooms needed, namely; teaching studios, Piphat ensemble rehearsal rooms, Thai string instrument rehearsal rooms, Sian Kru rooms, choral rehearsal rooms, group piano classrooms, practice rooms, ensemble rehearsal rooms, instrumental rehearsal rooms, music classroom and ear training rooms, instrument, equipment and clothing storage rooms, music library, meeting room, duplicating room, computer and internet room, audiovisual room, sheet music and instructional media storage rooms, recording studios, offices, dispensaries, musical instrument repair rooms, auditorium, musician's recreation rooms, sound control rooms, Western musical instrument storage rooms, Thai musical instrument storage rooms, backdrop and equipment storage rooms, grand piano storage rooms, power control rooms, reception rooms, lobbies for audiences, and ticket offices. 2) Physical Aspects: The teachers reached the consensus that there were physical aspects needed. The rooms should be soundproof with acoustic padding and sound barrier walls. The walls of the rooms should not be parallel. The electricity, lighting, and air conditioning of the rooms should be of standard quality. The color of the walls should not interfere with any visual concentration. Each door should have a small glass window. The music teaching buildings should have proper and beautiful surroundings. The rooms should be equipped with audiovisual equipments and systems: ceilingattached television screens, writing boards, and boards with music staff. The rooms should have computer networks, cabinets, and proper cable storage systems. The size of the rooms should be suitable for the number of students and equipment. The height of the rooms should be suitable for their usage. The libraries should be properly partitioned. The auditorium should have a capacity of 300 to 500 seats with a stage of 32 to 55 square meters. The entrance to the stage should be especially wide. The musicians' recreation rooms should be soundproof. There should be audience lobbies with restrooms. Restrooms for performers behind the stage were needed.
