รัตนาพร ฉัตรมงคลวัลลีรัตน์ พบคีรีฉัตรสุมน พฤฒิภิญโญมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์2021-05-072021-05-072564-05-072564วารสารกฎหมายสุขภาพและนโยบายสาธารณสุข. ปีที่ 7, ฉบับที่ 2 (พ.ค.-ส.ค. 2564), 229-2422697-6285 (Online)https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/62128การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบของพนักงานบริการ ศึกษาจากการรับรู้และความรู้ต่อกฎหมายควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบ ทัศนคติต่อการสูบบุหรี่ ความคิดเห็นต่อภาชนะที่เขี่ยบุหรี่ ป้ายสัญลักษณ์ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ ร้านสะดวกซื้อที่จำหน่ายยาสูบ สถานีขนส่งสายใต้ปลอดบุหรี่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานบริการ จำนวน 157 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม นำเสนอข้อมูลด้วยจำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบของพนักงานบริการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง จากการวิเคราะห์พบว่า การรับรู้และความรู้ต่อกฎหมายควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบอยู่ในระดับมาก พนักงานบริการมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการควบคุมการสูบบุหรี่ พนักงานบริการมีความคิดเห็นต่อการมีภาชนะสำหรับที่เขี่ยบุหรี่ระดับน้อย พนักงานบริการมีความคิดเห็นต่อป้ายสัญลักษณ์ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ระดับมากที่สุด พนักงานบริการมีความคิดเห็นต่อร้านสะดวกซื้อที่จำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบระดับปานกลาง พนักงานบริการมีความคิดเห็นต่อสถานีขนส่งสายใต้ปลอดบุหรี่ระดับปานกลาง ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัยนี้ ควรมีการส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบเพิ่มขึ้น โดยการสื่อสารเชิงนโยบายมาสู่พนักงาน และระบุแนวทางการจัดการที่ชัดเจนกรณีมีผู้ละเมิด มีการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างพนักงานบริการและผู้บริหาร เพื่อหาแนวทางร่วมกันในการทำให้สถานีขนส่งสายใต้ปลอดบุหรี่ 100%This research was a cross-sectional survey research design. The objective was to study tobacco control law compliance of employees at the southern route bus terminal. Data collected on perception and knowledge of tobacco control law compliance, attitude on tobacco smoking, and opinion on number of ashtrays, No Smoking signs, and selling of tobacco in convenient stores, were analyzed. Samples recruited were 157 service staff of Southern Route Bus Terminal. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that staff’s compliance with tobacco control laws was at a moderate level, with a high level of tobacco control law’s perception and knowledge. Service staff had a good attitude for smoking control. with a low level of opinion on having ashtray, while having the highest level of opinion on No Smoking signs. Service staff had a moderate level of opinion on both selling of cigarettes in convenient stores, and a smoke-free Southern Bus Terminal. Recommendations are, promoting of tobacco control law compliance, through policy communication to staff, and indicating a clear guideline in case of violations.
