การบูรณาการข้อมูลวัฒนธรรมสู่การจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนให้มีทักษะการอยู่ร่วมในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม

Abstract

บทความนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนงานวิจัยการจัดการเรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กและเยาวชนบนฐานความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ (1) เพื่อบูรณาการข้อมูลทางวัฒนธรรมชุมชนในอำเภอพุทธมณฑล จังหวัดนครปฐม สู่การจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้เด็กและเยาวชนมีทักษะการอยู่ร่วมในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม (2) เพื่อสร้างกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการหนุนเสริมการทำงานพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนและเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เรื่องความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมกับภาคีเครือข่ายในพื้นที่ โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ให้กับเด็กและเยาวชนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ 60 คน และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานในชุมชน 15 คน ผลการดำเนินการวิจัย พบว่า การบูรณาการข้อมูลทางวัฒนธรรมชุมชนสู่การจัดการเรียนรู้ ดำเนินการได้หลายลักษณะและควรเปิดกว้างให้เด็กได้มีโอกาสเรียนรู้และเข้าใจถึงความแตกต่างหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมที่เกิดขึ้นกับชุมชนผ่านการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์จนเกิดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง องค์ประกอบสำคัญของการสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ได้แก่ ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของเด็กและเยาวชน การวางบทบาทหน้าที่และความพร้อมของในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่างๆ การกำหนดบทบาทชุมชนในการมีส่วนร่วมทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม เพื่อเป็นการเสริมสร้างและปลูกฝังให้คนในชุมชนเกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจสภาวการณ์ ปัญหา เพื่อการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงและความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม

This article is part of a larger research workaimed at developing a learning process for children and youth based on cultural diversity, with the following objectives: 1) to integrate cultural information found in Putthamonthon district, Nakhon Pathom province into a community-based participation learning process, so as to enhance youth and children’sskills in co-existing in a multicultural society, and 2) to build a supportive community participation scheme for children and youth development and to enhance the scope of knowledge and understanding regarding cultural diversity in the community along with partnership networks using participatory action research methodology through a multicultural education pedagogical approach, and experiential learning. Participatory Action Research (PAR) was employed to collect data and develop learning activities for sixty youths and fifteen associated individuals.The results revealed that the integration of community’s cultural information into the curriculum can be accomplished in multiple ways and should allow youth and children opportunities to direct themselves towards experientially learning about and understanding cultural diversity in their community. The extent to which youth and children actively participate inand are prepared to learn throughactivities, and determine roles for both direct and indirect participation in the community were important considerations in creating such a learning program. These factors raised community members’ awareness of their current situation and problems suchthat they were better able to adapt to cultural changes and diversity.
