Knowledge Management Outcomes of Bank Branches in Thailand
There are four other major factors affecting knowledge management: information technology support, social networking, internal communications and teamworking. The research finding showed that knowledge management
outcomes were positively influenced by these four factors. In addition, internal communication and social networking indicated the highest influence on knowledge management outcomes.
