การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระยะเวลาในการเหนื่ยวนำให้เกิดการสลบ พฤติกรรมการสลบและการฟื้นสลบในปลาการ์ตูนแดง (Amphiprion rubacinctus) โดยใช้น้ำมันกานพลู (Clove oil) ที่มีความเข้มข้นต่างๆ

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระยะเวลา พฤติกรรมการสลบและการฟื้นสลบในปลาการ์ตูน-แดง (Amphiprion rubacinctus)โดยใช้น้ำมันกานพลู (Clove oil)ที่มีความเข้มข้นต่างๆ โดยแบ่งปลาแบบสุ่ม จำนวน 60 ตัว ออกเป็น 12 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 5 ตัว กลุ่มที่ 1 ถึง 10 ใช้น้ำมันกานพลูขนาด 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 และ 100 ppm ตามลำดับ ส่วนกลุ่มที่ 11 ใช้ MS-222 ในขนาด 75 ppm เป็นกลุ่มควบคุมเชิงบวก และกลุ่มที่ 12 ใช้ 95% เอทานอล ในขนาด 1000 ppm เป็นกลุ่มควบคุมเชิงลบ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าระยะเวลาในการเหนี่ยวนำการสลบที่ให้ระดับ 3 เพลน 2 ของกลุ่มที่ใช้น้ำมันกานพลู (Clove oil) มีแนวโน้มในการใช้ระยะเวลาเหนี่ยวนำการสลบที่ลดน้อยลง เมื่อความเข้มข้นของน้ำมันกานพลูเพิ่มสูงขึ้น และพบว่าความเข้มข้นของน้ำมันกานพูลขนาด 60 ppm เป็นความเข้มข้นที่เหมาะสมและดีที่สุดในการเหนี่ยวนำให้เกิดการสลบถึงระดับ 3 เพลน 2 และความเข้มข้นที่สามารถวางยาสลบในปลาการ์ตูนแดง (Amphiprion rubacinctus)ได้ควรอยู่ที่ 30-70 ppm ทำให้ปลามีระยะเวลา พฤติกรรมการสลบและฟื้นสลบที่เหมาะสม และผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพน้ำทั้งก่อนและหลังทำการทดลองทุกกลุ่มการทดลอง โดยตรวจค่าไนไตรท์ (NO2)คลอรีน (Cl2)แอมโมเนีย (NH4)ค่าความเป็นด่าง (Alkalinity) และค่าพีเอช (pH)พบว่าน้ำมันกานพลู (Clove oil)ไม่มีผลทำให้คุณภาพน้ำเปลี่ยนแปลง

The aim of this study was to study the effect of clove oil at different concentrations on induction time, anesthetic effect on behavior and recovery time in red clown fish(Amphiprion rubacinctus). Altogether 60 clown fishes were used in this study. They were divided into 12 groups and each group contained 5 fishes. The first ten groups was treated with clove oil of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 ppm respectively the 11th treatment used 75 ppm of MS-222 (this was the positive control) while the 12th treatment used 1000 ppm of ethanol considered as the negative control. The results showed that the more concentration of clove oil was, the less induction time at stage 3 plan 2. The concentration of clove oil at 30-70 ppm was effective for induction time, behavior anesthesia and recovery time. The recommended concentration of clove oil for red clown fish was 60 ppm. Clove oil did not affect the water quality before and after the experiment. The quality of water was tested through Nitrite (NO2-), Chlorine(Cl2), Ammonium (NH4), Alkalinity and pH.
