dc.description.abstract | Stress, anxiety and depression are common experiences that can and do affect academic performance, as well as mental and physical health. The field of positive psychology has grown in recent years and its interventions have received empirical support in increasing happiness and decreasing symptoms of depression and anxiety. This workshop examines some the techniques used in positive psychology and considers the value of using them in the classroom. | en_US |
