dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to explore and investigate the relationships among employee knowledge, employee creativity and employee performance in the context of hotel industry. A survey was conducted using structural equation modeling method with the data collected from 461 hotel employees of several hotels. The results indicated that both employee knowledge and employee creativity had significantly positive association with employee performance.The implications of the study and directions for further research were also discussed in more details.en_US
