This study assessed the stability of 12 clinical biochemistry analyses in rat serum which storage in freezer at -20°C and -70°C Samples were analyzed by automate chemistry analyzer at time 0 and then liquids stored at time point including 1, 2 and 3 months. We found that the storage temperature and time affect to the difference in analyzed values. Especially, enzyme alanine aminotransferase of -20°C serum storage had statistic significant change (p≤0.01) through the time. For the further design studies should be considered the variation for these factors.
