dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to discuss educational infrastructure and key factors relating workforce development in the tourism and hospitality industry in Thailand. The tourism and hospitality industry is one of the most important industries to the Thai economy. To support the development in this sector, the educational infrastructure is the key element and similar to other service sectors knowledgeable and skillful human resources are highly important for the success of the industry. The conceptual model was proposed and highlighted the collaboration among public sectors, private sectors and educational institutions for the success of workforce development in the long run.en_US
