Mahidol University Library and Knowledge Center, 2013) Piyarat Sripoorote; Chamras Promptmas; Sureerut Porntadavity; Tararat Khaokhiewปัจจุบันโรคหลอดเลือดแดงแข็งตัวเป็นสาเหตุของการตายอันดับหนึ่งของประชากรโลก การเสื่อมของหลอดเลือดแดงทาให้ขาดเลือดไปเลี้ยงหัวใจและสมองซึ่งทาให้เสียชีวิตได้อย่างเฉียบพลัน OxLDL เป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งในการเริ่มต้นที่ทาให้เกิดภาวะหลอดเลือดแข็งตัว หากมีปริมาณเพิ่มขึ้นสามารถนามาใช้เป็นตัวชี้วัดความเสี่ยงในการเกิดโรคของหลอดเลือดแดงได้การศึกษานี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบอิมมูโนเซนเซอร์เพื่อใช้ในการตรวจวัดปริมาณ OxLDL การพัฒนาอิมมูโนเซนเซอร์นี้ทาโดยการตรึงแอนติบอดีต่อ OxLDL บนผิวอิเล็กโทรดของผลึกควอตซ์ชนิด AT-cut ที่มีความถี่พื้นฐาน 10 MHz โดยอาศัยหลักการ self-assembled monolayer ของ mercaptopropionic acid ซึ่งความถี่ที่เปลี่ยนไปเกิดจากมวลของสารที่สะสมอยู่บนผิวของผลึกควอตซ์ภายใต้ระบบของไหลนั้นสามารถติดตามได้จากเครื่องวัดความถี่ RQCM จากการศึกษาพบว่าปริมาณและเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการตรึงแอนติบอดีต่อ OxLDL คือ 100 μg/ml ที่ 30 นาที โดยมีความสามารถในการวัดปริมาณ OxLDL อยู่ในช่วงความเข้มข้น 0.5-3.10 μmole/l โดยข้อจากัดความเข้มข้นของ OxLDL ที่น้อยที่สุดในระบบที่สามารถวัดได้คือ 0.5 μmole/l ความถูกต้องในการวิเคราะห์คือ 97.02% ส่วนความแม่นยาในการวัดชนิด intra-assay และ inter-assay เท่ากับ 9.37 และ 23.04% ตามลาดับ ระบบอิมมูโนเซนเซอร์ต้นแบบนี้สามารถใช้ในการตรวจวัดปริมาณ OxLDL ได้Publication Metadata only Effects of radiation and SAR from wireless implanted medical devices on the human body(2012-12-01) Pichitpong Soontornpipit; Mahidol Universityto the medical device such as the cardiac pacemaker was designed in the human phantom using finite-difference time-domain method.
