There are well-known businesses such as Uber and Airbnb. Modern technologies were used to improve the service capabilities of businesses, made communication with customers more convenient, and resulted in business success. The research objective of this study was to determine the success factors of the housing-sharing economy by investigating 40 studies related to the success factors for the housing-shared economy via the content analysis method; both quantitative and qualitative research methods were used to find the factors that affected the success of the housing-shared economy business. The results of the research revealed that there were nine success factors involved.
