The dogItem Open Access การวิเคราะห์หาจุดกึ่งกลางของภาพเอกซเรย์ช่องท้อง KUB(2558) อิษฏ์ สุบินมงคล; ศศิกาญจน์ ส่งทวีทรัพย์; อําพลพรต วงค์เปี่ยม; สมลักษณ์ จํารูญสาย; สรารัสมิ์ อินทรักษ์; มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. ศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษกการศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาจุดกึ่งกลางของภาพถ่ายเอกซเรย์ช่อง ท้อง KUB ผู้ป่วยจากการใช้ภาพเอกซเรย์ที่ศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้ภาพเอกซเรย์ของผู้ป่วยที่ถ่ายไว้แล้วในช่วง ระยะเวลา ๑๔ เดือน(ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๕ ถึง กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๕๗) จำนวน ๑๖๔ ภาพ มาทำการวิเคราะห์ โดยไม่มีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลผู้ป่วยที่อาจสืบทราบมาถึงตัวผู้ป่วย ได้ การวัดระยะของสัดส่วนช่องท้อง KUB ผู้ป่วยทำโดยใช้ฟังก์ชั่น Ruler ของ โปรแกรม Synape โดยวัดจากจุดสูงสุดของเงาไตจนถึงขอบล่างของ pubis symphysis นำระยะที่ด้มาหาจุดกึ่งกลาง และทำการลากจากจุดกึ่งกลางที่วัดได้ มาวัดระยะจากขอบบนของ iliac creast อีกครั้ง การวิเคราะห์ผลได้มีการเก็บ ข้อมูลของผู้ป่วยทั้งชายและหญิงที่มีอายุระหว่าง ๒๐-๖๐ปี จะนำมาหาค่าเฉลี่ย ของระยะจากขอบบนของ iliac creast จนถึง ระยะจุดกึ่งกลาง KUB จาก การศึกษาพบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยระยะดังกล่าวมีค่า ๑๙.๐ มิลลิเมตร เป็นผลทำให้ทราบว่า จุดกึ่งกลางของภาพถ่ายเอกซเรย์ช่องท้อง KUB โดยเฉลี่ยจะอยู่ต่ำากว่าขอบบนของ iliac creast ประมาณ ๑๙.๐๐ มิลลิเมตร ซึ่งจากเดิมเราจะใช้ iliac creast เป็นจุด กึ่งกลางในการถ่ายเอกซเรย์ช่องท้อง KUB ดังนั้นเราสามารถกำหนดจุดกึ่งกลางที่ใช้ใหม่ได้โดยใช้จุดที่ต่ำกว่า iliac creast ประมาณ ๑๙ มิลลิเมตร โดยภาพที่ได้จะ ครอบคลุมภาพเอกซเรย์ช่องท้อง KUB ทั้งหมดสามารถแก้ปัญหาการถ่ายภาพ เอกซเรย์ไม่ครอบคลุมส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งของช่องท้อง KUB ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุของการ ถ่ายภาพเอกซเรย์ซ้ำ และยังเป็นการลดปัญหาผู้ป่วยได้รับปริมาณรังสีมากเกินความ จำเป็น นอกยังนี้ยังเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการถ่ายภาพเอกซเรย์ เนื่องจากประหยัดเวลาและทรัพยากรที่ใช้อีกด้วย
