Mahidol University Library and Knowledge Center, 2024) Srowcha Aida Stanford; Kaewta Muangasame; Veerades PanvisavasDespite global environmental concerns, the hotel industry is not yet up-todate with a genuine and substantial implementation of ecological practices to help lessen negative impacts on the environment. As Millennials are the most environmentally aware generation and most travel-active generation to date, it is financially beneficial for hoteliers to take advantage of maximizing on this new target market. Thus, this study will seek to answer the needs and desires of Millennial greentravelers, how green interior design can enhance hotel amenities for the Millennial green-traveler, and what hotel brand activities, amenities, customer services, or identity does this target market value that will increase hotel engagement and why. Millennial-aged green-minded international hospitality and tourism master's students will be the subject of qualitative analysis. The data gathered will be focused upon enriching hoteliers' understanding of millennial travelers by developing services, amenities, and design that capture this business demographic and foster a symbiotic relationship between hotel and guest.
