การจัดการความปลอดภัยในโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน จังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาเพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการความปลอดภัยใน โรงเรียน และ (2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินการจัดการความปลอดภัยในโรงเรียนระดับอนุบาลเอกชน จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 20 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หัวหน้าครูอนุบาล หัวหน้างานพยาบาล และหัวหน้างานอาคารสถานที่ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคำนวณค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับ สภาพการจัดการความปลอดภัยในโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน จังหวัดปทุมธานี พบว่า (1) ด้านการพัฒนากลุ่มความปลอดภัยใน โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ได้มอบหมายให้หัวหน้างานอาคารสถานที่เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการจัดการความ ปลอดภัย (2) ด้านการค้นหาปัญหา และเหตุการณ์บาดเจ็บ โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ใช้สมุดบันทึกในการ ค้นหาปัญหา และเหตุการณ์บาดเจ็บ โดยมีการค้นหาปัญหาการบาดเจ็บ โดยการเฝ้าสังเกต และมีการดำเนินการสำรวจสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียนเป็นประจำสัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง (3) ด้านมุ่งสร้างความ ปลอดภัย 6 ด้าน พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ มีการดำเนินการสร้างความปลอดภัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ ในห้องเรียน ด้านระบบคุ้มครองเด็ก มีการจัดบรรยากาศภายในห้องเรียน และสภาพแวดล้อมใน โรงเรียนให้มีความปลอดภัย การเดินทางไปกลับมีการจัดระบบการรักษาความปลอดภัยในการ เดินทาง และกำหนดความรับผิดชอบ ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนมีการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมความปลอดภัย โดยการประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้านหลักสูตรความปลอดภัย มีการประชุมครู/คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดทำหลักสูตร ด้านแผนฉุกเฉินในโรงเรียน โดยส่วนใหญ่มีแผนระบบส่ง ต่อเด็กไปยังโรงพยาบาลที่ใกล้เคียง (4) ด้านมีนโยบาย แผน และกิจกรรมความปลอดภัยใน โรงเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง พบว่าโรงเรียนมีการกำหนดนโยบายและแผนความปลอดภัย การใช้สนามกีฬา และสนามเด็ก สำหรับความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินการจัดการความปลอดภัยในสถานศึกษา พบว่ามีความคิดเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

This study had the objective to (1) study safety management in schools and (2) study opinions to safety management in private kindergarten schools in Pathumthani Province in the number of 20 schools for the total of 100 people. The tools used in the study were questionnaires for opinions of school directors, school vice directors, head of kindergarten teachers, head of nursing department and head of facilities department which was 100%. The data were analyzed by percentage, means and standard deviation.The study result in the overall pictureof opinions to safety management in private kindergarten schools in Pathumthani Province was found that (1) regarding the development of safety group in schools mostly prioritized on cooperation of people responsible for the safety work (2) regarding searching of problems and injury incident, most schools used memorandum in searching for problems and injury incidents. The searching for problems and injury by done by observation and environment survey inside schools regularly around once a week (3) regarding determination for creating safety in 6 aspects, from the study, it could be seen that many schools created safety on emergency plan in kindergarten schools by making picking up-dropping off system plan to nearly hospitals and they were divided into 6 aspects including aspect of creating physical environment safety, aspect of child protection system, aspect of commute, aspect of learning activity with safety activity promotion, aspect of safety course and aspect of emergency plan inside schools (4)regarding the existence of policy, plan and safety activities inside schools continuously. In the overall picture, the school specified policy and safety plan to use sport stadium and children playground for opinions to safety management in educational institutions which was found to have opinions at a high level in every aspect.
