ผลการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านหมอประจำบ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของอสม.หมอประจำบ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ เป็นการวิจัยภาคตัดขวาง (Cross sectional study) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อสม.หมอประจำบ้านปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ จำนวน 250 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ใช้สถิติหาค่าความสัมพันธ์ Chi – Square ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผลการปฏิบัติงานของ อสม.หมอประจำบ้าน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p- value ≤0.05) คือทัศนคติต่องาน ได้แก่ ด้านการสนับสนุนให้มีอาสาสมัครประจำครอบตัว(อสค.) ทุกครอบครัว ด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ลดโรคเรื้อรัง ปัญหาสุขภาพจิต ยาเสพติด และอุบัติเหตุ ด้านการถ่ายทอดความรู้ด้านภูมิปัญญาไทย สมุนไพร และการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์ ด้านการใช้เครื่องมือสื่อสารและแอพพลิเคชั่น การคัดกรองประเมินสุขภาพร่วมกับทีมหมอครอบครัว และด้านการเป็นแกนนำเครือข่ายสุขภาพ และจัดการปัญหาสุขภาพในครอบครัวชุมชน รวมทั้งการส่งต่อ ดังนั้นจึงควรกำหนดให้ปัจจัยดังกล่าวเป็นปัจจัยส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงานของ อสม.หมอประจำบ้าน

This cross-sectional research aims to study factors effecting performance of Village Health Volunteer (VHV) doctor at home in Chaiyaphum province. The sample group consists of 250 VHV doctors at home who have passed the village health volunteers (VHV) training course and are working in Chaiyaphum province. Questionnaire was used to collect data which subsequently analyzed for descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics (Chi-square), to test the hypothesis and association of variables. The results indicated that the overall performance of VHV doctors at home was at a moderate level. The factors that could predict performance were proven to be statistically significant (p-value ≤ 0.05), specifically attitudes towards work: supporting for family’s health volunteers, reduction of chronic diseases, addressing mental health issues, managing substance abuse cases and accidents; transferring knowledge of Thai wisdom: herbal medicine and medical marijuana uses; using of communication tools and applications: health screening and assessment with a team of family doctors, being a focal person for health networks, and managing health problems within family and community contexts, including referrals. Therefore, such factors should be defined as promoting factors for the performance of the VHV doctor at home.
