ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาหญิงในจังหวัดนครนายก

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ ของนักเรียนหญิงระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดนครนายกโดยประยุกต์แนวคิด PRECEDE Framework เป็นแนวทางในการกำหนดกรอบการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 487 คน คัดเลือกโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบชั้นภูมิ(Stratified RandomSampling) เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ ไค-สแควร์ (Chisquare tests) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนมีอายุเฉลี่ย 15 ปี ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเฉลี่ย 3.07 รายได้เฉลี่ย 60.7 บาทปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยนำ ได้แก่ ระดับชั้น ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ค่านิยมต่อการมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศและการรับรู้ผลเสียของ การมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ ปัจจัยเอื้อ ได้แก่ รายได้/ค่าใช้จ่ายที่ได้รับ การเข้าถึงสถานเริงรมย์ การเข้าถึง สื่อกระตุ้นอารมณ์ทางเพศและทักษะการปฏิเสธ ปัจจัยเสริมได้แก่ สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวการคล้อย ตามกลุ่มเพื่อน แต่ปัจจัยนำ ได้แก่ สถานภาพสมรสของบิดา-มารดา ปัจจัยเอื้อ ด้านสถานที่พักอาศัย และ ปัจจัยเสริม ด้านการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศกับบิดามารดา ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้ในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ ควบคุมและป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศและ พฤติกรรมการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควรในกลุ่มวัยรุ่นหญิงต่อไป

This survey research was aimed to study the factors related to sexual risk behavior among female secondary school students in Nakornnayok Province. The PRECEDE Framework was used to determine the research conceptual framework. The samples consisted of 487 students who were selected by using stratified random sampling method. The data were collected by using the questionnaire developed by the researcher. Descriptive statistics in regard to frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation, were used to describe the studied variables and sexual risk behaviors. The Chi-square test was employed for testing research hypotheses and for testing the relationship between predisposing, enabling and reinforcing factors and sexual risk behaviors. The following predisposing factors were found to relate significantly with sexual risk behavior: class level, learning achievement and values towards having sexual risk behavior and perceived negative effects of performing sexual risk behaviors. The enabling factors were: received income/expense, access to entertaining establishments, access to sexual stimulating media and refusal skill. The reinforcing factors were: relationship in family and conformity with peer groups. But the predisposing factor as regards to marital status of parents, enabling factor as regards to residency and reinforcing factor as regards to communication of sex related information with parents were found not to relate significantly with sexual risk behaviors. The research results can be utilized for determining strategies, control and prevent sexual risk behaviors and premarital sexual relationship among female adolescents.
