Abstract

A case of colonic tumor demonstrating both adenosquamous carcinomatous and carcinoidal features is reported. Previous record of such an occurrence has not been encountered. The relationship between the three elements appears to be an intimate one. It is not regarded as purely coincidental, but supports the possibility of a close histogenetic relationship between the three components. Copyright © 1983 American Cancer Society
