ปัจจัยทำนายความสามารถของมารดาในการดูแลบุตรวัยขวบปีแรกในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายความสามารถของมารดาในการดูแล บุตรวัยขวบปีแรกในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แนวคิดการดูแลบุคคลที่ต้องพึ่งพาในทฤษฎีการ ดูแลตนเองของโอเร็มเป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการศึกษา การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบเจาะจง จำนวน 133 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม 6 ชุด ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของมารดาและเด็ก แบบสอบถามสัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรส แบบประเมินสัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารก แบบสอบถามคุณภาพการดูแลของบุคลากร ทางการแพทย์ที่ให้กับมารดา แบบสอบถามแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบวัดความสามารถของ มารดาในการดูแลบุตรวัยขวบปีแรก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติบรรยาย ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สัมพันธภาพ ระหว่างคู่สมรส สัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารก คุณภาพการดูแลของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความสามารถของมารดาในการดูแลบุตร วัยขวบปีแรกได้ร้อยละ 95.60 ดังนั้น พยาบาลควรคำนึงถึงปัจจัยด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรส สัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารก คุณภาพการดูแลของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ และ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมของมารดา เพื่อใช้ในการพิจารณาแก้ปัญหาและส่งเสริมมารดาให้มีการ พัฒนาความสามารถในการดูแลเด็กวัยขวบปีแรกให้มากขึ้น

The objectives of this study were to determine factors for predicting mothers’ residing in the Bangkok Metropolis. The dependent-care agency, which is a concept in Orem’s theory of self-care, was used to guide the concepteral framework of this study. The study sample group was recruited by means of purposive sampling. The total number of subjects was 133. Data were collected with 6 questionnaires as follows: the Mother and Child Demographic Characteristics Questionnaire, the Marital Relationship Questionnaire, the Mother-Infant Relationship Questionnaire, the Quality of Care Provided by Healthcare Staffs Questionnaire, the Social Support Questionnaire, and the Mother’s Ability to Take Care of Children under One Year of Age Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The study findings revealed that the mariatal relationship, maternal-infant relationship, quality of care provided by healthcare staffs, and social support could jointly predict mothers’ abilities to take care of children under one year of age by 95.60%. Based on the study findings, it is recommended that nurses should take the factors of marital relationship, mother-infant relationship, quality of care provided by healthcare staffs, and social support of mothers into consideration to solve problems.
