dc.description.abstract© 2016 IEEE. This paper describes a design and implementation of New2Thai, an android application for Thai fingerspelling which is a process of spelling out Thai words by using Thai signs that correspond to the better of words. New2Thai can be considered as a text editor which provides users a keyboard to type a text message and then display it. New2Thai provides two kinds of keyboard supporting Thai and Thai Fingerspelling alphabets. These alphabets are transliterated to each other. The reason of transliteration is a text message which is represented in a sequence of text Thai or Thai fingerspelling alphabets. New2Thai allows users to share the text message in form of a screenshot via any social media Android application which are installed in smart phone. New2Thai supports Thai literacy of both hearing and hearing-impaired people and fulfill communication gaps between them by fingerspelling.en_US
