| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของมารดาและของพยาบาลเกี่ยวกับการสนับสนุน การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวจากพยาบาล รูปแบบการวิจัย: การศึกษาพรรณนาเชิงเปรียบเทียบ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ มารดาครรภ์แรกหลังคลอดปกติ จำนวน 64 คน และพยาบาลในหน่วยหลังคลอดและหออภิบาลทารกแรกเกิด โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดชุมพร จำนวน 25 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไปของมารดาและของพยาบาล และแบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยยนมแม่อย่างเดียวจากพยาบาล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และสถิติทดสอบทีแบบสองกลุ่มอิสระต่อกัน ผลการวิจัย: คะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้การสนับสนุนการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวจากพยาบาลของมารดา (M = 89.41, SD = 16.35) และของพยาบาล (M = 98.16, SD = 9.69) แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t, df 87 = -3.107, p < .05) สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: พยาบาลควรตระหนักว่ามารดาครรภ์แรกอาจต้องการการสนับสนุนการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวจากพยาบาลมากกว่าที่พยาบาลรับรู้ จึงควรสอบถามความต้องการของมารดาแต่ละคนเพื่อวางแผนให้การสนับสนุนการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของมารดาแต่ละคน | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: To compare perception of mothers and nurses on exclusive breastfeeding support from nurses. Design: Comparative descriptive study design. Methods: The sample consisted of 64 postpartum primiparous mothers with normal deliveries and 25 nurses in the postpartum and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at one hospital in Chumphon Province. Data were collected by Demographic Data Questionnaire for mothers and nurses and the Exclusive Breast Feeding Support from Nurses Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a t-test for two independent samples. Main findings: The results showed that mean scores on exclusive breastfeeding support from nurses as perceived by mothers (M = 89.41, SD = 16.35) and as perceived by nurses (M = 98.16, SD = 9.69) were statistically significant difference (t, df 87 = -3.107, p < .05). Conclusion and recommendations: According to the findings, nurses should aware that primiparous mothers might require exclusive breastfeeding support more than perception of nurses. Therefore, nurses should ask each mother about her needs in order to provide exclusive breastfeeding support individually. | en_US |
