dc.description.abstract | © 2015 IEEE. DNA aptamers against GHSA, which is protein marker for diabetes mellitus, were selected and modified. In combination properties of modified GHSA binding aptamer and fluorescence quenching of GO, we develop simple and sensitive platform for detection of GHSA in both PBS and human serum with the LOD of 50 μg/mL. We envision that our GO-aptamer platform has a potential to be GHSA detection for screening and monitoring diabetes mellitus. | en_US |
