This paper addresses the factors that affect technology adoption within a healthcare organization. A case study of the adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is conducted through a series of in-depth interviews to explore the situation of technology adoption in one of the leading private hospitals in Thailand. The five factors were derived from the study including routine job, user resistance, ERP capability, complexity, and change of work process. © 2010 IEEE.en_US
