Abstract

l-Phenylsulfinyl-l-(trimethyIsilyl)cyclopropane reacts with aldehydes in the presence of Bu 4 NF to give 1-phenyl-sulfinyl-l-(ot-hydroxyalkyl)cyclopropanes. © 1989, Marcel Dekker, Inc.
