8 cases of primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube were seen, an incidence of 0.21% of gynecological malignancies. 50% of the cases had never been pregnant. Tubal pregnancy associated with disease was 25%. The incidence of bilateral involvement was 37.5%. The clinical staging followed the TNM system of malignant ovarian tumors. The histologic pattern was graded according to Hu, Taymor and Hertig. The presence of diagnostic triads in this study was 50%.
