ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษา เพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากร คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จำนวน 191 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ข้อมูลในการวิจัยทำการวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยแบบเชิงพหุ ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS สรุปผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญได้ดังนี้ 1. ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ตัวแปรอิสระที่ส่งผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ในภาพรวม คือ ปัจจัยด้านการปฏิบัติการขององค์กร ได้แก่ การจูงใจ บรรยากาศขององค์กร และการร่วมมือกันปฏิบัติงานทุกหน่วยงาน โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ได้ร้อยละ 59.2

The purposes of this research were (1) to study level of participation of staff in development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) (2) to study factors affecting participation of staff in development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) of the faculty of Dentistry Mahidol University. The participants of this research were 191 staffs from the faculty of Dentistry Mahidol University. The research instruments were questionnaires about factors affecting participation of staff in development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) of the faculty of Dentistry Mahidol University. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Multiple Regression Analysis by SPSS The results - were summarized as follows: (1) The participation of staff in development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) of the faculty of Dentistry Mahidol University in medium level. (2) Factors affecting participation of staff in development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) faculty of Dentistry Mahidol University were operation factors of organization including motivation, working evironment and collaboration of organization. Participation level in development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) of the staff in faculty of Dentistry Mahidol University were estimated as 59.2 percentage.
