รูปแบบอาชญากรรม และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรม

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรมที่เกิดขึ้นกับนักศึกษา และบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล โดยโครงการวิจัยนี้ได้รับการรับรองจริยธรรมการวิจัยในคนจากคณะกรรมการจริยธรรมการวิจัยในคน สาขาสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลแล้ว เลขที่ 2022/194 (B2) การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบอาชญากรรม และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรม การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิจัยเอกสาร (Documentary Research) จากหนังสือ ตำรา เอกสาร ผลงานวิจัย และบทความทางวิชาการที่เกี่ยวกับรูปแบบอาชญากรรม และปัจจัยที่เสี่ยงต่อการตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรมทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ จากนั้นนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อให้เห็นช่องว่างและใช้เป็นหลักฐานทางวิชาการเพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาแนวทางมาตรการ หรือนโยบายที่จะช่วยควบคุม หรือลดโอกาสการตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรมให้ลดน้อยลง และยังเป็นการเพิ่มมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมมากขึ้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบอาชญากรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในสังคม รวมถึงอาชญากรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย อาชญากรรมเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์ อาชญากรรมเกี่ยวกับการทำร้ายร่างกาย อาชญากรรมเกี่ยวกับเพศ รวมถึงอาชญากรรมทางคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรม ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมของตัวเหยื่อ ปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ และปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจของอาชญากรหรือการถูกบีบบังคับจากสภาพแวดล้อม

This research is part of the research was a study on Factors Affecting to Mahidol University Student and Staff Victims of Crimes. This research project was certified for Office of The Committee for Research Ethics (Social Sciences), Mahidol University No. 2022/194 (B2). The purpose of this research was to study patterns of crimes and to study factors affecting to victims of crimes. This research used a qualitative research method by documentary research from books, textbooks, documents, research results and academic articles about crime patterns and affect factors to victims of crimes both in Thailand and abroad. Analyze the data to identify gaps and use it as evidence to support the development of guidelines, measures or policies that will help control or reduce the likelihood of becoming a victim of crime and also increase concrete security measures. The results revealed that the patterns of crime occurring in society and crimes at the university, consists of Property Crimes, Assault Crimes, Sexual Crimes, including Cyber Crimes. And factors affecting to victims of crimes include victim behavior, physical environmental, and criminal's motivation or coercion from the environment.
