การศึกษาติดตามผลของการจัดการเรียนการสอนกฎหมายวิชาชีพการพยาบาลต่อความรู้และการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลตามกฎหมายของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงเชิงบรรยายแบบติดตามไปข้างหน้า มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาติดตามผลของการจัดการเรียนการสอนกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพการพยาบาล และ การผดุงครรภ์ในด้านความรู้และการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในขอบเขตของกฎหมายในนักศึกษา พยาบาลรามาธิบดี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลรามาธิบดีชั้นปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2549 จำนวน 101 คน ซึ่งลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชากฎหมายเกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ และตอบแบบสอบถามครบถ้วน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลก่อนการสอน และหลังการสอนวิชากฎหมาย เกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ 4 และ 8 เดือน โดยใช้แบบวัดความรู้และการ ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในขอบเขตของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพการพยาบาล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย สถิติบรรยายและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ก่อนการสอนกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้และการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในขอบเขตของกฎหมายอยู่ ในระดับปานกลางและระดับสูงตามลำดับ คะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ด้านกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพการ พยาบาลภายหลังการสอนสูงกว่าก่อนการสอนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ อย่างไรก็ตามไม่พบ ความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติของคะแนนเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในขอบเขตของ กฎหมายเกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพการพยาบาลระหว่างก่อนการสอนและหลังการสอน ดังนั้นการจัดการเรียน การสอนวิชากฎหมายเกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพการพยาบาล และการผดุงครรภ์ จึงมีประโยชน์และมีความ สำคัญต่อการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล สถาบันการศึกษาทางการพยาบาลจึงควรพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน วิชากฎหมายเกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ให้เป็นรูปธรรม และง่ายต่อการนำไป ประยุกต์ใช้ควบคู่กับการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ เพื่อลดปัญหาการฟ้องร้องทาง กฎหมาย และเพิ่มคุณภาพการพยาบาล

The descriptive prospective study was carried out to examine outcomes of a teaching-learning course of the professional nursing law on knowledge and nursing practice within the realm of laws among nurse students. The sample was the third year of Ramathibodi Nursing Students in the academic year 2006. There were 101 participants, who registered this course and completed questionnaires. Data were collected before and after 4 and 8 months of the teaching-learning course of professional nursing and midwifery law using the questionnaires of knowledge and nursing practice in the realm of nursing law and related law. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and one-way repeated measures ANOVA. The resulted revealed that before the course began, participants had the mean score of knowledge and nursing practice in the realm of law in the moderate and high level, respectively. After the course ended, the participants showed significantly increased knowledge of nursing law as compared to before the course began. However, there was no significant difference of mean scores of nursing practice in the realm of law between before and after course. Thus, the teaching-learning course of professional nursing and midwifery law is beneficial and important to nursing practice. The academic institute of nursing should develop the teaching-learning course of professional nursing and midwifery law to be less abstract and simple to apply in the nursing practice following the profession criteria in order to increase the quality of nursing and decrease accusation of legal problems.
