หลักเกณฑ์มาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบกิจการที่เป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพ

Abstract

ปัจจุบันมีการพัฒนาของสังคมอุตสาหกรรมขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว มีการประกอบ กิจการหลายประเภทที่จัดว่าเป็นกิจการที่ส่งผลกระทบที่เป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพ เช่น กิจการที่ เกี่ยวกับไม้ สิ่งทอ หิน ดิน ทราย ซีเมนต์ ยา เวชภัณฑ์ การบริการต่างๆ เป็นต้น ที่กล่าวมานี้ เป็นตัวอย่างกิจการเพียงส่วนเล็กน้อยเท่านั้น เมื่อมีการดำเนินกิจการประเภทที่เป็นอันตรายต่อ สุขภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ก่อให้เกิดการกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ที่สำคัญในการควบคุมมาตรฐานด้าน สิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบกิจการที่เป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพตามพระราชบัญญัติการ สาธารณสุข พ.ศ. 2535 ประกอบด้วยหลักเกณฑ์ที่สำคัญหลายด้าน ทั้งหลักเกณฑ์ทางด้าน สถานที่ตั้ง ลักษณะอาคาร และการสุขาภิบาล หลักเกณฑ์ทางด้านทางด้านการอาชีวอนามัย และความปลอดภัย และหลักเกณฑ์มาตรฐานด้านการควบคุมของเสีย มลพิษ หรือสิ่งใดๆ ที่เกิด จากการประกอบกิจการของสถานประกอบกิจการที่เป็นอันตราย รายละเอียดของหลักเกณฑ์ ทั้งหมดเน้นประเด็นทั้งหมดว่าด้วยเรื่องการป้องกัน การควบคุมอันตรายต่างๆ ที่เกิดจากการ ประกอบกิจการ ให้เกิดผลกระทบต่อสังคมน้อยที่สุด

With the industrial society is developing rapidly currently, there are many types of business which are classified as hazardous to health, such as those related to textiles, wood, stone, soil, sand, cement, pharmaceutical products, services, etc. These are just a few examples only. As there are more business operations which are endangered to health, important standard criteria are established in order to control the environmental standard related to health hazard according to Public Health Act, 2535 B.E. This Act consists of several important criteria, including principle criteria on location of establishment, building types and sanitation, the principle criteria on occupational health and safety, and standard criteria on waste, pollution control, or anything resulting from the business operation of establishments which are hazardous to health. Detailed criteria and guidelines on all issues emphasize on preventive measures, and controlling health hazards resulting from business operation, in order to minimize the impact on society.
