Abstract
Nowadays, several businesses use Enterprise Architecture (EA) to plan execution of projects. A service station of Thailand is a complex business comprising related vehicle services and other sub-businesses, perhaps including a petrol station, an engine oil and spare parts shop, a vehicle repair services, and a motel. A service station is a case study of this research. The authors studied the concepts to choose an appropriate EA framework. The authors determined a representative sample group: managers chosen from 252 service stations from the top 6 gasoline brands. Questionnaires were designed and distributed were used to assess the threshold range. The total accepted criteria scores can specify an appropriate EA framework. The authors designed and offered the EA service station framework as a template by combining the concepts of EA with digital transformation. The composition of a new service station EA framework was therefore developed as a guideline based on the architectural composition of the EA framework. Also, this new EA can be applied to future work.
